We are taking Ticket Reservations for all events.

Thank you for your interest in getting tickets.

1. Call or Email to get your name on our RSVP List.
   Gift certificate holders are also asked to RSVP. 
2. Depending on the trip, there may be a Retail Ticket Location in the town where the trip is starting. If so, this will be noted in the Excursion description. We encourage you to visit these retail locations, if able, to purchase your tickets prior to the event.
3. Most trips have room for walk-ups, but we board reserved and ticketed passengers first.

Make Reservations

To RSVP, contact us as soon as possible. Please be sure your message includes your name, phone number, number of tickets, date and time of trip. Your message will constitute a confimed spot on our reservation list. However, we do our best to call everyone as soon as possible to confirm. Always assume the best, and check for trip updates on the Ticket Phone (315) 374-4994.

Please Note: Anyone is welcome to visit our office, however it is unnecessary when making reservations. Please call the Ticket Phone and leave a message.

Bring Payment

We hold tickets for will-call at the boarding location. Payment is due at that time. We accept cash or check made to Finger Lakes Railway at boarding. Credit payments should be submitted over the phone when confirming your reservation. There is no charge for cancelling, but we ask for a 24-hour courtesy call so we know those seats are available.

Room for Walk-ups

Seating has been readily available to allow for walk-ups, or last minute passengers, at the boarding location just prior to the excursion. However, you can call for last minute ticket availability, on the Ticket Phone (315) 374-4994. Please leave a detailed message if you need more help.

Sell Outs or Cancellations

If we sell out of tickets or have to cancel a trip, there will be a message on the Ticket Phone (315) 374-4994 indicating the situation. Otherwise, you can confidently arrive at the boarding location to attend an excursion as a walk-up.

Passengers with Reservations will be called in advance if a trip is cancelled.
